  • Q: What if I have a payment issue?

    If your payment was declined, please check the message indicating why it was declined and try again. It could be insufficient funds in your bank account or the credentials are not filled correctly. We offer the following payment methods: PayPal or credit card from Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

    Q: Do you offer Payment Plans/Recurring payments?

    Significant Impact desires to offer our clients the best and most convenient way of making sure that you can attend your trip. Please note that the payment plan is only available for selected experiences. You can find more details directly on the Travel With Us page. Using a payment plan allows you to spread the cost of your booking over a number of months making it easier and affordable to manage your budget.

    Q: Are there any additional fees?

    A small (3%) fee is applied to all transactions to cover the card processing fees.

    Q: How do I make payments?
    A:
    Payments are made directly to Significant Impact, LLC. Payments can be made through our website www.significant-impact.com or PayPal using email: info@significantimpactllc.com

    This is specifically for curated trips that are sponsored by the agency. Clients working with agents will discuss how payments are handled directly with the agent.

    Q: What are my payment options?
    A:
    Deposits must be paid in full at the time of the reservation. Monthly payment plans or payment installments are accepted (after paying your deposit).

  • Q: What is the Cancellation Policy?
    A:
    All deposits are non refundable and non transferrable. Deposits and payments cannot be transferred to another traveler.

  • A request for refund must be submitted in writing within the designated timeframe outlined of your trip which is at least 60 days before your trip. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account. However, some credit card companies have different processing times.

    Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Q: Are flights included in the total cost?

    A: Depending on the trip curated, flights may be included. Please read the details of the trip to validate flight arrangements. If you would like assistance with booking flights, please feel free to contact our travel agent at info@significantimpactllc.com

    Q: Is there a fee to change my flight?

    A: The flight fees are contingent upon the airline regulations. For all flights that need to be changed, there will be an additional $100 agent fee in addition to the airline fees.

    Q: Will the travel agent check me in my flight?

    A: No, you are responsible to check into your own flight.

    Q: Can the travel agent complete my airline requirements for me?

    A: No, you are responsible to complete the required assessment that the airline requires.

    Q: Can the travel agent waive airline fee’s?

    A: No, the travel agent has no control over the airline fees.

    Q: Can the travel agent rebook me on another flight?

    A: If the trip has NOT begun, the travel agent may be able to book you on a different flight. Additional airline fees may be required. If you are already at the airport, it is best to have the airline counter assist you in rebooking your flight.

  • Q: What if I don’t receive my booking confirmation?
    A:
    Check your Spam Folder. Booking confirmation emails can sometimes end up in your spam folder.

    Q: I booked in advance, will the attractions advertised change?
    A:
    Please be mindful that if you’re booking several months in advance that some attractions only confirm bookings closer to the date.

  • All trips listed on the website are considered group trips. Prices are based on double occupancy unless specified. Cost does not include meals or excursions unless specified. Flights are not included unless specified.
